Grand cuvée 2022

The bouquet is a very pleasant, relatively distinctive, varied composition consisting of an intenseblooming roses, enlivened by a touch of fresh acidity and minerality in the background. The taste is less complicated, slightly spicy with a juicy firm texture and harmonious acidity.

COLOUR: Light gold-yellow wine.

AROMA: The scent is very pleasant, usual to this variety. After teasing the tastebuds, a relatively pronounced variable composition appears, consisting of an intense aroma ofblooming roses, enlivened by a touch of fresh acidity and minerality in the background.

TASTE: The taste is less complicated, slightly spicy with a juicy firm texture and harmonious acidity. The aftertaste shows the pomegranate typical of the Gewürztraminer variety and the mild spiciness and juiciness of the ripe acid of the Grüner Veltliner variety.

FOOD PAIRING: It goes well with white meat dishes, seafood, grilled vegetables and salads.

What is a Cuvée?

The word Cuvée comes from the French language and refers to a wine that consists of several parts.

Most often, two to three varieties are combined. It can be created by processing different grape varieties together, or by combining mash, must varieties, or even by blending already finished wines (this is how our GRAND CUVÉE was created).

The aim of mixing the cuvée is to achieve a new structure and harmony thereby increasing the quality of the wine itself. Each variety is characterised by a specific excess or deficiency of acids, sugars, extract or aroma. In this way, the sensory properties of the resulting wine can be balanced.

Gewürztraminer 2022

Light golden-yellow wine. Intense aroma of blooming roses, enlivened by minerality in the background. The aftertaste shows the taste of pomegranate, typical of the Gewürztraminer, and a mild spiciness.

AROMA: Intense aroma of blooming roses, enlivened by minerality in the background.

TASTE: Relatively fresh styled Gewürztraminer with elegant gleam. The aftertaste shows the taste of pomegranate, typical of the Gewürztraminer, and a mild spiciness.

FOOD PAIRING: We recommend serving as an accompaniment to appetisers, especially goose liver pâtés or even some exotic, strongly spicy dishes of Asian cuisine, or a very sweet desserts.

TASTE: The taste of the wine is alluring with a strong mineral texture, it gives a full impression with pronounced acidity. The taste is juicy and harmonic with a touch of exotic fruits.

A wine with a green- yellow tint. The aroma is rich presented in tones of meadow flowers, ground white pepper and minerality. Freshness of citrus fruits appears in the aftertaste.

AROMA: A modern bouquet and reductive process present a richer aroma of meadow flowers, ground white pepper and minerality. After exhalation, sweet peaches appear.

TASTE: The taste is less complicated, slightly spicy with a juicy firm texture. In the aftertaste appears a freshness of citrus fruits.
